Welcome to HV Arena By participating in our matches, you agree to the following privacy policy:

Eligibility:

  • You must be at least 18 years old to participate in HV Arena matches.

Match Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • HV Arena reserves the right to cancel any match at any time without providing a reason.
  • If a match is canceled due to a technical glitch or other issues, entry fees will be refunded, or a re-match may be scheduled.

Fair Play and Conduct:

  • Account Verification: If investigators or spectators find any suspicious activity, HV Arena has the right to disqualify, suspend, or hold the player's account, canceling any winnings or prize amounts.
  • Modding and Hacking: Using any mods or hacks in gameplay is strictly prohibited. Accounts found guilty will be suspended, all pending withdrawals canceled, and the wallet balance forfeited.
  • In-game Glitches: Exploiting in-game glitches or errors will lead to disqualification, and no rewards will be given for the affected match.
  • Emulators: Do not use emulators to play in non-emulator matches. Such players will be removed, and if they are not removed, they may not receive match rewards or prizes.

Participation Requirements:

  • Match Details: Ensure you obtain the match details such as Room ID and Password before the match starts. These details are shared in the app and via SMS. Join the room promptly; failure to do so before the match starts will result in forfeiture of participation without a refund.
  • Technical Issues: No refunds will be processed for issues on the participant's end, including slow internet, multitasking, minimizing the game, or receiving calls or SMS during the match.
  • Kicked from Room: If you are kicked or auto-kicked from the room without any valid reason, a refund will be issued upon submitting proper evidence such as a screenshot of the error screen or message.

Privacy Policy:

  • Your participation implies acceptance of our privacy policy, which ensures your information is used solely for administering tournaments and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
